One Community believes that the path to global transformation is through giving people what they want. We believe a path to global transformation that consists of the elements of living that people want (Highest Good food, Highest Good energy, Highest Good housing, Highest Good education, Highest Good for-profit and non-profit business design, Highest Good social architecture, fulfilled living, stewardship practices and more) will become self-replicating if we make it attractive enough, easy enough, and affordable enough. Our path to doing this is open source creation of do-it-yourself blueprints combined with a living example we will build so people will be able to visit, participate, and experience it. Here is our weekly progress update (#42) covering our development and accomplishments for the week of December 9, 2013.

Aquapini and walipini food infrastructure continues to progress in 3D. This week the team finished the south-slope retaining walls that will provide maximum growing space and sun exposure to all the aquaponics and north-wall plants.
We also finished the initial 3D design of the starter-houses that will also be used to test 5 different roofing materials for the south wall.
