One Community welcomes Megan Morelli to the Fundraising Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Megan has over 10 years of business development experience. She has consistently exceeded her sales and outreach targets at every company she has worked with. Her approach involves thoroughly understanding the goals, missions, and challenges of potential prospects/funders, enabling her to create tailored solutions for how One Community can support its objectives. Megan is deeply passionate about fostering a sustainable and community-focused world for humanity. As a member of One Community, Megan has developed grant proposal templates, found several individuals and organizations that align with One Community’s vision, cultivated relationships with potential funders, and started building a fundraising team to help her with this mission.
