The One Community Pioneer Team are the foundational team of people that will be moving onto the property to live and participate full-time in the complete building and on-going unfoldment of the One Community non-profit strategy for global transformation. Each member of the Pioneer Team invests a minimum of anywhere from 5-50 hours each week organizing with our Consultants and Volunteers and coordinating and developing the details of everything needed for the building and sharing of One Community.

Aayush’s professional background includes hands-on work with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB, and he is passionate about creating practical solutions that improve functionality and usability. With a Master’s in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, Adil brings expertise in Engineering Design and Project Engineering, adeptly managing complex, global projects. He is proficient in a range of technical and project management tools, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLM Windchill, MS Project, as well as data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau. As a dedicated member of the One Community Vermiculture Team, Adil contributed significantly to the development of a vermiculture transport solution. His role involved rigorous research and detailed scenario analysis, leading to an optimized selection of electric vehicles, utility trailers, and essential equipment to ensure safe and efficient transportation.

He has worked extensively with technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker, while also contributing to research in computer vision and generative AI, including deep learning models for wildfire and flood monitoring and Renaissance art restoration using GANs. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington and has contributed to both open-source and research communities. As a member of the One Community software team, Adithya has developed interactive analytics dashboards for the Highest Good Network project, including a horizontal bar graph visualizing the average number of months pledged by role and a role- and date-filtered popularity line chart tracking hits and applications over time.

Aditya Gambhir, One Community Global, Software Engineer & Data Scientist, Aditya Gambhir – Software Engineer & Data Scientist: Aditya is a software engineer and data scientist who earned a Master of Science in Computational Data Science from the University of California, Riverside. He specializes in full-stack development and machine learning, with a focus on building scalable applications and optimizing backend architectures. Aditya utilizes automation and testing to maintain software reliability, applying his experience with CI/CD pipelines to improve development workflows. As a member of the One Community team, Aditya has implemented a mentor-tracking system for the volunteer statistics Highest Good Network dashboard, resolved data double-counting errors to improve reporting accuracy, and developed dynamic filtering for the Issues Breakdown Chart to enable sorting by project, date, and issue type.

Ajay Adithiya Kumar Elancheliyan Tamilalagi, One Community Global, Green Living, Engineering, vermiculture eco-toilet systemAjay Adithiya Kumar Elancheliyan Tamilalagi – Mechanical Design & Simulation Engineer: Ajay is a Mechanical Engineer with around 3 years of combined experience across engineering projects. He has worked on advanced automotive systems, EV battery component optimization, HVAC design, lattice heat-sink R&D, and mechanical prototyping using tools such as SolidWorks and CATIA. Ajay is passionate about creating efficient, reliable, and sustainable engineering solutions that integrate performance, manufacturability, and real-world application. As a member of the One Community Engineering Team, Ajay has contributed to the ventilation system design for the vermiculture eco-toilet system, completing FEA and CFD validation, material selection, updated CAD assemblies, an optimized BOM, design revisions, and collaboration toward the project’s final documentation and development.

Passionate about generative AI, he explores emerging technologies and integrates them into modern applications. As a member of the One Community team, she has contributed to key initiatives on the Highest Good Network software, such as project versioning upgrades, including Node.js updates, and resolving linting issues to enhance code quality and maintainability. She has also implemented dropdown filters to improve search functionality for a listing and bidding platform, developed a detailed view page with image carousels and integrated map displays, and configured application routing for seamless navigation.

Amalesh Arivanan, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterAmalesh Arivanan – Software Development Engineer: Amalesh is a software development engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University (Class of December 2024) and extensive experience building scalable full-stack applications. He has contributed to AI-powered tools, infrastructure automation, and large-scale web systems across diverse tech stacks, including React.js, Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, and AWS. Amalesh is passionate about building efficient, maintainable software and is skilled in cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized microservices. As part of the Highest Good Network software team, he has overhauled the error messaging architecture using React.js and Node.js. By enforcing custom hooks and shared components, he reduced code duplication across dashboard modules and led frontend routing improvements that enhanced navigation flow. Andrew Tzu-Chien, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterAndrew Tzu-Chien – Industrial Designer: Andrew recently graduated from Monash University with three years of experience in Industrial Design through academic work, specializing in CAD 3D modeling, producing rendered visualizations, and problem solving. As a member of the One Community team, Andrew is contributing to the 2nd floor Dormer window design for the Duplicable City Center ensuring the window frame fits within the spherical architecture of the building. He has revised the original first-floor design and adapted it for the second floor, creating high-accuracy 3D models and 2D assembly drawings. His work includes evaluating structural functionality using stress simulations and optimizing parts for ease of manufacturing while maintaining the intended design aesthetic.

Anuneet Kaur, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterAnuneet Kaur – Project Manager & Team Administrator: Anuneet brings a multidisciplinary background, holding a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry. With one year of clinical experience in dentistry, she has transitioned into a growing role in project coordination, sustainability research, and digital content management. As a member of the One Community team, Anuneet supports various sustainability initiatives by researching sustainable materials for the graphic team, optimizing and compressing images for SEO, and ensuring accuracy in content updates across multiple web pages. She is actively involved in volunteer onboarding—creating bio announcements, verifying bios, and maintaining bio tracking systems—as well as participating in the hiring and training process. Anuneet also serves as an administrator for the Highest Good Education, Highest Good Society, and Core Teams, where she reviews submissions, ensures completeness, and promotes operational consistency. Her ongoing work on Phase 4 of the Highest Good Education Software and her contributions to the Education Program Licensing and Accreditation content reflect her design thinking and user-focused approach. Her combined strengths in research, administration, and collaboration help advance One Community’s mission of open-source sustainability and global transformation.

Anusha Gali, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterAnusha GaliSoftware Engineering & Quality Assurance Professional: Anusha has pursued a Master of Science in Information Systems at Northeastern University and brings over three years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Her technical experience includes working with Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, Selenium, and REST APIs in Agile environments on large-scale applications. As a member of the One Community team, Ariana has contributed to cost analysis and the development of assembly instructions for the dormer windows, which are an integral part of the remarkable design of the Duplicable City Center.

Currently, he is also leading efforts to extend the assistant into a 3D avatar interface of the Learning Tools and Toys for Life, transforming it into an engaging, conversational front-end that enhances user experience.

Aswin Kanikairaj, Aswin Tony Kanikairaj, Aswin "Tony" Kanikairaj, One Community Global, Software EngineerAswin “Tony” Kanikairaj – Software Engineer: Aswin is a software engineer with 4+ years of experience building and operating backend-heavy and full-stack systems across SaaS, fintech, and large-scale data platforms, demonstrating strong ownership from design through production delivery. He has hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, SQL, and cloud-native workflows, and is currently focused on building reliable, scalable, and accessible user-facing systems with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and usability. He has experience working on team-based projects and creating detailed CAD models with complex assemblies using SolidWorks and Siemens NX. He has a passion for translating conceptual ideas into practical, buildable solutions. Bevan values efficiency and sustainability that create positive societal impact. As a member of the One Community team, Bevan has researched different DIY, replicable methods for the spa system. He has also developed and assembled the 3D CAD model for the Duplicable City Center Natural Pool & Spa project, including the underbody structure and plumbing systems.

Bhanu Anish Akkineni , One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterBhanu Anish Akkineni– Software Engineer: Bhanu is a Software Engineer with a strong interest in building scalable full-stack applications and AI/ML-driven solutions. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he developed a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals along with hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. As a member of the Software Development team at One Community, Bhanu played a key role in architecting the Kitchen and Inventory Management system at a low-level design stage and delivering well-defined technical artifacts. He went on to build a responsive and interactive frontend using React.js and developed robust RESTful APIs for the backend, powering the Inventory module of the portal. This component serves as a critical part of the system, enabling seamless addition, tracking, and management of inventory items.

He has demonstrated high levels of dedication and willingness to learn, which are desirable traits needed to excel in the tech field. He is a team player and is very ready to collaborate with like-minded developers to ensure the success of the One Community team. Carl is contributing as a full-stack developer with the open source Highest Good Network software project and time tracking software that manages, tracks, and rewards volunteer labor hours.

He is completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at California State University, East Bay. With extensive experience in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node, Carlos seamlessly integrates into full-stack roles, contributing to various applications such as the Blue Squares System, bidding platform, and user profiles. As a member of the One Community Team, Carlos has helped improve the user experience on the site and create components that visualize applicant data for processing. Recently, he enhanced the Highest Good Network Skills Forms and Skills Profiles by implementing CSS modules and dark mode for an improved user experience.

Chaitanya Swaroop Kumar Allu, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterChaitanya Swaroop Kumar Allu– Software Engineer: Chaitanya brings over 2.5 years of software engineering experience and excels at combining scalable system design with meaningful user experiences. He is passionate about building software that is both robust and resource-efficient. As part of the One Community Software Team, he designed and developed an end-to-end access provisioning system that automated service setup for new hires across multiple internal tools. Chaitanya also reviewed pull requests to strengthen team efficiency, code quality, and reliability on the Highest Good Network project. He is additionally designing an in-app replacement for email marketing to reduce external costs and improve privacy and integration for weekly subscriber updates.

Chelsea Mariah Stellmach, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterChelsea Mariah Stellmach Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM): Chelsea has a decade of experience leading projects in the education, nonprofit, and business development sectors. She specializes in streamlining systems, building inclusive workflows, and improving digital tools to maximize organizational impact. Her approach is rooted in continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term sustainability. Chelsea is committed to open-source knowledge sharing, equitable access to resources, and meaningful cross-cultural partnerships. As a member of the One Community team, Chelsea has contributed to the Highest Good Food initiative by revising the Recipe Build-Out Tool Page Report, developing and refining the Transition Food Self-Sufficiency Plan menus and customization spreadsheets, and improving the usability and integration of the Food Procurement and Storage plan and tutorial to support a more sustainable and accessible global food model.

Chirag Bellara, One Community Global, Software Engineer, Chirag Bellara Software Engineer: Chirag is a versatile software and AI engineer with over three years of hands-on experience building scalable systems and end-to-end product features across both industry and research environments. With a background spanning full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and applied machine learning, he has delivered solutions that improve performance, reliability, and user experience across complex technical ecosystems. As part of the One Community team, Chirag contributes to the Highest Good Network project by reviewing and merging pull requests across both the React frontend and Node.js backend, maintaining code quality and consistency throughout the platform. Chirag also creates structured bug- and feature-tracking workflows that improve team coordination and release planning, and develops features and resolves defects such as project and tool filtering on the Community Portal and time-based activity filtering for user productivity views.

Derrell Brown, MEP Designer, Highest Good Network Software, One Community Volunteer, Highest Good collaboration, people making a difference, One Community Global, helping create global change, difference makersDerrell Brown – MEP Designer: Derrell has 2 years of experience in MEP design across multiple project types. He has demonstrated the ability to learn effectively in fast-paced environments, gaining proficiency with design software, analytic tools, and technical application skills in the MEP industry while delivering practical solutions to challenging problems. He believes that learning is a privilege not given to all, so he pursues sharing his knowledge as it is received to assist and provide resources, solutions, and a better understanding of how we, as a community, can thrive together. While a member of the One Community team, Derrell helped develop MEP plans for the Earthbag Village construction project, including sharing and receiving knowledge with other One Community members.

Dipti Yadav, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterDipti Yadav – Software Engineer: Dipti is a Software Engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a graduate of a full-stack development bootcamp. She has developed several applications leveraging cloud development, Golang, and JavaScript, demonstrating strong technical problem-solving abilities. Her work includes resolving complex issues such as concurrency and asynchronous call problems, which were critical to project stability. Dipti is a contributing member of the One Community development team, where she is helping build a collaborative platform designed to support individuals and teams working on community-driven positive change. The platform known as the Highest Good Network, includes features like task assignment, time tracking, and team collaboration tools. She has been instrumental in enhancing backend processes and ensuring the platform runs efficiently and reliably.

Jin Hua, JiNinjaJin Hua – Internet Marketing Expert, Entrepreneur, and Web Developer: Introduced to the world of work at the age of 7, Jin worked at his family’s restaurant where he witnessed his parents working 14-hour days, 6 days a week, and realized that something was missing with the traditional “go to college, get a good job, raise a family” paradigm. In 9th grade Jin started his own business selling Chinese food and Candy, at the age of 17 he had an eBay business, and by the time he was 18 he started his own Internet Marketing Business. Through the years, he has taught himself website development, search engine optimization, video production, audio production, animation, and graphic design but his real passion is exploring ways to forward positive world change. As a One Community volunteer, Jin is helping with all aspects of the One Community marketing plan, graphic design, and web design. As a member of the One Community team, Shameera has contributed to the development of the Highest Good Energy report by creating data visualizations and supporting written content that communicate cost structures, energy demand patterns, and system scalability across multiple phases of the project. Her work includes designing charts such as cost breakdowns, cumulative analyses, and energy demand comparisons, as well as refining technical sections to improve clarity and completeness, with an emphasis on accuracy and effective communication of data.

Sheetal Mangate, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSheetal Mangate – Software Engineer: Sheetal is an adaptive Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in full-stack development. She recently graduated from UCI’s Full Stack Coding Bootcamp. Her career includes a diverse range of projects, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development and problem-solving, troubleshooting and code optimization. She is proficient in Java, React, Spring Boot, Nodejs, JavaScript, GraphQL, MongoDB and AWS. Sheetal has a proven track record of delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions including designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications. As a member of One Community, she is working on writing test cases to achieve quality assurance of Highest Good Network Software and conducting thorough pull request reviews.

Shireen Kayal, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterShireen Kayal – Multilingual Community Development and Data Management Specialist: Shireen has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in community and international development, public policy, humanitarian aid, emergency relief, and health. Integrity is her core value, and she is committed to producing high-quality work. Proficient in six languages, she is passionate about social change and creating a positive impact. As the founder and executive director of The Unified Project Inc./UNIFIED, Shireen established strategic directions and developed targeted programs for underserved communities, leading cross-functional teams. Her commitment to tech diversity and inclusion drives her to leave a meaningful footprint in people’s lives. Shireen enjoys working on graphic design, motion graphics, and data visualization. As a member of the One Community team, she’s helping develop a new background video for use as part of the weekly progress update videos.

Shivarama Krishna, Mechanical Engineer, One CommunityShivarama Krishna – Mechanical Engineer: Shivarama is a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign specializing in mechanical design, thermal systems, and manufacturing optimization. He has experience applying SolidWorks and ANSYS (FEA/CFD) to develop validated, manufacturable solutions across automotive, energy, and sustainable infrastructure projects. He focuses on practical, cost-effective engineering that balances performance, manufacturability, and sustainability. As a member of the One Community team, Shivarama has led the design and validation of the DIY spa cover system, created full 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, performed thermal and structural simulations, and developed BOMs and assembly documentation to support low-cost, replicable construction.

Sidhartha Sunkasari, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSidhartha SunkasariSoftware Development Engineer: Sidhartha is a software engineer with over two years of experience specializing in full-stack development and DevOps, including Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and React. He has worked at Amazon, where he contributed to building large-scale systems that improved operational efficiency and enhanced user experiences. He is passionate about creating scalable, maintainable backend architectures and integrating modern cloud solutions to solve real-world challenges. As a member of the One Community team, Sidhartha contributed to designing the backend data models for the full-stack Highest Good Education aspect of the Highest Good Network, including organizing subject hierarchies, atoms, molecules, and lesson plans, while also helping define user roles such as teachers and program managers within the system.

Sohail Uddin Syed, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSohail Uddin Syed– Software Engineer: Sohail is a Software Engineer with expertise in MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS. He earned his Master’s in Computer Science from Florida State University, where he focused on algorithms, software engineering, and AI systems, conducting hands-on research in AI security and high-performance programming in C++. At One Community Global, Sohail contributes to the open-source Highest Good Network project by reviewing pull requests, developing an automated email escalation system for non-compliant accounts using cron scheduling and backend integration, building critical backend components for collaboration and time-tracking systems, and making UI enhancements to improve user experience.

Sourabh Bagde, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSourabh BagdeFull-Stack Software Engineer: Sourabh is a full-stack software engineer with 3.5+ years of experience building scalable web applications across both frontend and backend environments. As a member of the One Community team, Sourabh developed the Slashdot scheduling and publishing workflow, enhancing the announcement system’s usability, consistency, and performance within the Highest Good Network platform.

Sphurthy Satish, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSphurthy Satish– Software Engineer: Sphurthy is a software engineer specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale distributed systems. She has experience building scalable APIs, optimizing cloud-native applications, and developing generative AI and multi-agent platforms. Sphurthy has also worked with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain, and has contributed to projects focused on recommendation systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent automation. She is passionate about creating sustainable technology solutions that balance innovation, efficiency, and accessibility. As a member of the One Community software team, Sphurthy has contributed to implementing dark mode functionality across multiple BM Dashboard components in the Highest Good Network software, enhancing frontend styling, and ensuring a consistent user experience across tools, forms, and reusable components.

Sravan Kumar, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSravan Kumar – Software Engineer: Sravan is a highly skilled software engineer with hands-on experience in full-stack web development, specializing in building scalable and efficient applications. He recently completed his Master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology at Sacred Heart University. Sravan works extensively with technologies such as Angular, React.js, Spring Boot, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB to develop modern web solutions that enhance user experience and optimize system performance. He excels in agile team environments, contributes actively to open-source projects, and maintains a strong focus on clean code, automation, and performance optimization. As a member of the One Community team, Sravan has implemented core features such as task management, badge assignment, and time logging for the Highest Good Network application. He also created a donut chart for the Phase 2 Summary Dashboard to visualize the Actual Cost Breakdown by Type of Expenditure and is currently developing a line chart to show total injuries over time.

Sriamsh Reddy Enugu, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSriamsh Reddy Enugu– Software Engineer: Sriamsh is a graduate student in Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati with experience building secure backend systems, full-stack applications, and data-driven platforms. He specializes in backend architecture, authentication workflows, and cross-system integration, with prior work in full-stack platforms, cloud-based systems, and machine learning–driven data analysis. As a member of the One Community team, Sriamsh strengthened core platform architecture and system reliability. He led the implementation of Production Identity Validation for Dev Account Creation, designing backend enforcement logic that restricts development accounts to verified production users. Sriamsh also contributed to analytics tracking, risk visualization, equipment log enhancements, and dashboard improvements that improved data accuracy and system visibility.

Srujan Pandya, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSrujan Pandya – Mechanical Engineer: Srujan is a Mechanical Engineer with a background in design, simulation, and mechatronic systems integration. With professional experience in CAD modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), and multidisciplinary R&D, he has contributed to projects spanning robotics, automotive systems, and sustainability-focused innovation. He is passionate about the intersection of engineering and ecological responsibility and believes that robust, efficient mechanical systems are key to building a regenerative future. Srujan recently completed his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a member of the One Community Engineering Team, he has contributed to the structural analysis—focusing on vertical and earthquake load scenarios—and mechanical design of the Dome Hub Connector for the open-source Duplicable City Center’s geodesic domes. His work has helped ensure the safety, efficiency, and real-world viability of the design. He verified that the structural integrity of the new connector is superior to that of traditional geodesic dome joints and has recommended moving forward with its manufacturing and implementation.

Sudarshan Raju Chintalapati Venkata, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterSudarshan Raju Chintalapati VenkataData Analyst: Sudarshan has recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Memphis. With a strong foundation in data visualization, software development, and project coordination, he specializes in leveraging technologies such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance system functionality and improve user experience through data-driven insights and structured design. As part of the One Community Global team working on the Highest Good Network, he has worked on testing the HGN Phase 2 project with multiple modules, including Total Construction Summary dashboards, Lessons Learned analytics, and Equipment and Materials management. His contributions include designing and refining interactive dashboards, creating tasks for new display cards and analytics components, improving dark-mode compatibility, fixing UI/UX workflow issues, and resolving data-accuracy bugs.

She specializes in front-end architecture, component-driven development, state management including Redux Toolkit, React Query, performance optimization, and accessibility. As part of the One Community team, she has enhanced dashboards for the Highest Good Network including the PR Review Team Analytics, BM Dashboard (Materials and Consumables), and LB Messaging UI, developing and improving key features, refining user interactions, resolving UI and routing issues, and strengthening backend support for inventory history tracking, delivering stable, maintainable, and user-focused applications.

Tyson Den-Herder, One Community Global, Educator and Electrical EngineerTyson Den-Herder – Educator and Electrical Engineer: Tyson has 17 years of experience teaching physics and math at the high school level, bringing strong skills in communication, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving. He is deeply committed to living an ethical, sustainable life rooted in community values and has spent several years in a shared household practicing cooperation, mutual support, and hands-on living. Tyson is passionate about learning and excited to bring his experience as an educator to a sustainability-focused environment where collaboration, open-source knowledge sharing, and shared purpose are central. As a member of the One Community team, he has improved the functionality of the Recipe Build-Out Tool and helped update several Highest Good Food pages, including Transition Kitchen, Nutrition, Food Procurement and Storage, Self-sufficiency, Food Bars, and Recipes.

Ujjwal Baranwal, One Community Global, Green Living, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Duplicable City CenterUjjwal Baranwal– Software Engineer: Ujjwal is a software engineer and recent graduate from Arizona State University with a master’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Cybersecurity. He has hands-on experience with a wide range of security and analytics tools, including Wireshark, Burp Suite, and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. As a member of the Highest Good Network Team, Ujjwal has contributed as a Full Stack Developer, delivering hotfixes across frontend and backend systems and refactoring sections of the codebase. His improvements include expanding the User Profile infringements feature to support multiple reasons for blue square issuance, refining the “Hours by Team Member” visualization on the Project Reports page, ensuring the delete function fully removes user data, and resolving style leakage issues by modularizing the style sheets to prevent unintended effects on other pages.

As a member of the One Community Software Team, he has contributed to the Highest Good Network and HGNRest repositories by enhancing dashboard components, refining data tables and UI layouts, and improving responsiveness across administrative and user-facing views. His work includes implementing dark mode fixes, improving data presentation logic, resolving UI inconsistencies, and supporting pull request reviews to strengthen code quality and maintainability. She earned her Masters degree in Computer Engineering and Bachelors degree in Software engineering. Yiyun has experience in Object-Oriented programming and testing and knowledge of design principles and coding practices. In her free time, she likes watching dramas, doing fitness and baking. Yiyun joined the One Community team to participate and contribute to a large-scale project and is helping with the Highest Good Network application.

Yulin Li, One Community Volunteer, Highest Good collaboration, people making a difference, One Community Global, helping create global change, difference makersYulin Li – Industrial & Product Designer: Yulin is an industrial and product designer with hands-on experience in sustainable design, UX/UI, and product development. She holds a Master of Science in Technology Innovation (MSTI) from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Product Design from Parsons School of Design, graduating with top honors. Yulin has worked on diverse projects spanning consumer electronics, sustainable materials, and user-centered product innovation, blending technology, design, and environmental responsibility. She has contributed to industry-leading companies such as vivo and La PEARL, and to open-source sustainability initiatives with One Community. Yulin is passionate about using design to improve quality of life, drive sustainable practices, and create thoughtful experiences that balance aesthetics and functionality. As a member of the Graphic Design Team, she contributes infographics and visual communication materials, refining messaging and layout to strengthen the impact of sustainability-focused content.

Yusuf Sulayman, One Community VolunteerYusuf Sulayman – Lawyer and member of the Nigerian Bar Association: Yusuf obtained his law degree from Bayero University, Kano in 2012 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. He immediately joined the law firm of Belgore, Olufadi & Co. as counsel until March 2014 when he briefly joined the Supreme Court of Nigeria for his National Youth Service Corps. Yusuf strives to achieve professional excellence, challenge conventional attitudes, explore new ideas, and contribute positively to any and all activities and organizations he engages. To One Community, he has brought the zeal to professionally contribute his legal knowledge and ability to learn and apply diverse skills towards attaining One Community’s vision and core values through effectiveness and good teamwork.
