One Community welcomes Xiaolai Li to the Administration Team as our newest Volunteer/Consultant!

Xiaolai has over 3 years of financial and risk analysis experience across vast project types. As a recent graduate of New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering, he possesses extensive experience with financial engineering and business analysis. With quantitative and analytical expertise and strong collaboration and communication skills, he has demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments and on complex projects requiring efficient and effective solutions to challenging problems. As a member of the One Community team, Xiaolai is assisting in developing the complete business plan, tracking and managing software teams’ weekly development work, and analyzing and improving the financial forecast for Highest Good Society developments.
