The Zenapini’s are part of our food infrastructure and our open source botanical garden model. This is the planting map for everything we’ll grow in the Cloud Forest House.
The goal of the zenapini structures is to help promote and preserve biodiversity and to provide food and a beautiful place to visit and/or relax. Here is the planting map for everything we’ll grow in the Tropical Moist House:
Something we forgot to mention in the video update above is the redesign of the bathrooms and library in the SEGO Center Social Dome. Andrew Sadera (Architect Drafter and Designer) did the beautiful work needed for this streamlining and expansion of both the men’s and women’s bathroom and the library. Click the image for the overview page or go here for an image you can enlarge.
Karl Harris (Architect Drafter, Designer, and founder of Harris Design & Technology Services) has also begun adding the appliances into the 3D renderings of the Dining Dome of this structure. The Dining Dome will be the central eating facility for all of One Community and is designed to seat and feed over 150 people at a time.
This week friend of the project Devin Porter completed some additional updates to the Tropical Atrium designs including adding railings, expanding the storage area, and cross beams for the south-facing glazed roof.
