This page will evolve with the open source project-launch blueprinting of the Shipping Container Village (Pod 5). When they are finalized, this page will include the free-shared and county approved complete building plans, Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup file downloads, and all other building plan aspects of this village. We are first refining and demonstrating the open source strategy and detail we’ll use for this with the 3-dome cluster crowdfunding campaign, we’ll then expand this process as we open source the complete Earthbag Village (Pod 1) and Duplicable City Center®, and then we’ll do the same for this village and the other 5 villages.

This page is specifically for the building plans of the Shipping Container Village. As part of our global transformation approach to Highest Good housing, the Shipping Container Village is being designed as a semi-subterranean living option purposed to demonstrate the affordability, beauty, and energy and materials efficiency of stacked shipping container construction.
As we complete all necessary plans, we will open source and free-share here:
For details on the other aspects of the straw bale village, visit the complete SHIPPING CONTAINER VILLAGE OPEN SOURCE HUB.
