This last week the core team finished the outermost ring of the English Subject Molecule. Here it is:

This last week the core team continued work on the complete indoor growing food infrastructure footprint in 3D. We added the Walipini terraces, doors, and other details to the insides of the structures you can see here and are now moving on to the external features like stairways and berms:

This last week the core team Submitted an application to Google to use GoogleGlass to create open source tutorials of an Earthbag Village 3-dome cluster as part of our sustainable promotion of Innovation and Technology strategy. This application and another application we’re submitting have the secondary goal of partnering with Google for remote teacher/demonstration hub telecommunications infrastructure design and development that could completely eliminate the need for telephones and telephone wires. Here’s an excerpt from our application:
We are creating sustainable and free-shared solutions including a Duplicable and Sustainable City Center that is LEED Platinum certified/Sustainable, can feed 200 people at a time, can provide laundry for over 300 people, beautiful, spacious, saves resources, saves money, and saves space:
This last week the core team created the open source eco-laundry page for the Duplicable City Center laundry facility that will service 300 people:
James Nance (Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with P2S Engineering) identified the boilers we think we’ll be using and continued exploring radiant floor heating with our team. We are planning on two boilers right now, one propane and one electric, so we can phase in 100% electric over time.
